Two weeks of structured work. We come in and learn how the firm actually runs, not how the org chart claims it runs. We map the workflows that touch revenue, cost, and risk. We identify the processes where AI has the highest return for the firm in the next 12 months.
We scope the integration architecture, including the Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, standard APIs, and data flows that will connect the new system to the existing stack. We run a safety review covering data exposure, vendor risk, and the legal questions specific to your sector.
The deliverable is a written plan you own. Sequence, cost, timing, dependencies, and a recommendation on which workflow to ship first. If we never speak again, the plan is yours to act on.

We rebuild one workflow end to end. The work covers tool selection, integration, change management, training, and a documented internal owner. We use MCP-first integration patterns where they fit and standard REST or GraphQL APIs where they do not.
The project runs in two-week increments with a check-in cadence we agree at the start. You see progress every fortnight. You can stop, pivot, or extend at any of those check-ins.
Adoption is the hard part. Training is built in. Documentation is built in. The follow-up rhythm is built in. The workflow goes live with a named owner inside your firm and a written plan for what happens when something breaks.
